Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking a Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to join our Legal/IT team in San Francisco. You will manage ALS infrastructure across on-premise and AWS, ensure secure external access, and lead system maintenance and documentation efforts.

The role requires extensive experience with Relativity, SQL Server 2012+, and a strong background in large-scale litigation support environments. Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent years of experience.
• At least 5 years in litigation support environments with Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, or similar tools.
• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining large systems with mixed OS and storage.
• Experience with Relativity and SQL Server 2012+ environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS (Automated Litigation Support) solutions using Relativity and related tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on-premise and AWS.
• Manage external access and IAM for external stakeholders (experts, attorneys, collaborators).
• Perform backups, restores, updates, tuning, and monitoring of systems.
• Produce system diagrams, administrator guides, and end-user docs; keep docs updated semi-annually.
• Provide weekly health, performance, and project-status reports.
• Collaborate with IT leadership supporting ALS apps and infrastructure.
