You will work with moderately complex client needs, assess credit risk, coordinate with internal teams, and drive share of wallet while upholding PNC’s risk framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of related banking experience preferred.
• Strong relationship management and client engagement skills.
• Knowledge of credit processes and risk assessment.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and credit requests.
• Excellent communication and sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work with some supervision and within guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relationship management with new and existing clients to grow sales.
• Analyze credit and non-credit products and manage documentation.
• Mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Leverage internal networks to acquire new clients.
• Present full bank product suite to clients and deepen wallet share.
• Use reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities.
