• 10 years of experience in business development, credit portfolio management, and CRE transaction structuring.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for loan production, deposit gathering, and cross-sell goals.
• Engage regularly with customers to identify financial needs and offer banking products.
• Develop new business relationships through networking and referrals (COIs).
• Maintain and deepen existing client relationships.
• Structure and negotiate complex CRE loan term sheets and documents with counsel.
• Present to Loan Committee and Senior Managers.
