Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or MS in CRE Investment/Finance preferred.
• Must be NMLS registered or willing to register; FBI background and credit check required.
• 10+ years in business development, credit portfolio management and CRE transaction structuring.

Responsibilities

• Generate loan production and deposit gathering while cross-selling bank services.
• Engage regularly with customers to identify financial needs and offer relevant banking products.
• Develop new business relationships through networking and referrals.
• Maintain and deepen existing client relationships.
• Structure and negotiate CRE loan term sheets and documents with counsel.
• Present to Loan Committee and other Senior Managers.
• Ensure compliance with risks including BSA, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and AML policies.
