Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of CRE relationships and drive loan, deposit, and fee income growth.
• Prospect and develop new business via referrals, centers of influence, and community networking.
• Analyze financial information and structure lending solutions meeting client needs and bank policies.
• Partner with treasury management, capital markets, wealth, and related services.
• Present credit opportunities and recommendations through loan approval processes.
• Monitor portfolio performance and credit quality to ensure risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Represent Associated Bank to strengthen relationships and generate referrals.
