Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior relationship-focused Commercial Banker to manage relationships with Commercial, Corporate, or Community Banking clients.

You will grow revenue by prospecting for new business, retaining and expanding existing relationships, and approving loans within limits. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 7–10 years of commercial lending experience, along with strong communication and credit knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Seven to ten years of commercial lending experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages relationships with Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or Community Banking commercial customers.
• Grows revenue by prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Approves loans within assigned limits, manages loan and portfolio credit quality, sources prospects and develops new customer relationships.
• Provides financial advice to customers and sells appropriate bank products and services to prospects and clients and makes appropriate referrals.
