Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in banking or related roles requested.

Responsabilités

• Proactively engage clients to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions, focusing on deposits, loans, and referrals to other lines of business.
• Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, open deposit accounts, and process loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients’ short- and long-term goals using knowledge of bank products and services.
• Refer clients to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking partners to deepen relationships.
• Conduct regular client outreach to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Support sales culture by coaching associates on sales, referrals, products and services.
• Assist teller line to minimize customer wait times and process transactions as needed.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly; stay updated through training and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, risk controls, and ethics.
