Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a customer-focused professional to provide industry-leading client service in-branch and by phone, developing new and existing client relationships. You will offer financial solutions and partner with specialists for growth opportunities, with cross-training to perform teller duties when required.

Primary duties include handling routine client requests, contributing to sales targets, and advising on lending options while complying with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years client sales and service experience expected.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliant within 30 days and able to pass NMLS checks.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints and travel as needed.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests and basic sales functions.
• Contribute to meeting client service and branch sales targets.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and support sales process.
• Participate in Leadership Routines and team activities.
• Attend training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Provide consistent service and assist with teller transactions as needed.
