Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer- and sales-oriented Professional to deliver exceptional client service in a retail banking environment in Raleigh, NC. You will nurture relationships, discuss financial solutions, and refer complex requests to specialists while supporting occasional teller duties.

Responsibilities include consultative conversations, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a positive client experience. Some travel and weekend availability expected as part of regular staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel and support temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed.

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships with consultative conversations.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for solutions.
• Assist with teller duties as needed.
