Qualifications

• High School diploma and NMLS registration are required or in process.
• 2 years of banking experience with lending responsibilities is required.
• 1 year of training/mentorship or management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, delivering exceptional service and building relationships.
• Identify and promote bank products, meeting monthly sales and referral goals.
• Open/maintain accounts, assist with transfers and online banking.
• Process loan applications, perform initial screenings, and coordinate with loan officers.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure accurate, compliant transactions.
