Responsibilities include opening accounts, processing loans, guiding customers on products, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Strong communication, math and lending knowledge are essential for success in this fast-paced branch role.

Formación

• Requires a High School diploma.
• 2 years of banking experience with lending responsibilities required.
• 1 year of training and/or combination of mentorship, military or management experience required.
• Active NMLS registration if lending under SAFE Act; must maintain active registration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage customers with exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
• Serve as a trusted contact for customers, ensuring high service levels.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to other lines of business.
• Open and manage personal and business accounts with accuracy and compliance.
• Process loan applications, gather documents, and work with loan officers for approvals.
• Balance cash drawer and process transactions with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements; monitor for suspicious activity.
• Provide mentorship to newer staff and support daily branch operations.
