Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Minimum 2 years banking experience with lending responsibilities.
• At least 1 year of training/mentorship or equivalent experience.
• NMLS registration must be active if lending and maintained.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with professional service to build relationships.
• Promote bank products and services; identify customer needs.
• Open and manage personal and business accounts with accuracy and compliance.
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking; educate on digital tools.
• Process loan applications; coordinate with loan officers to smooth approvals.
• Balance cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and privacy regulations.
• Mentor newer staff and support branch operations.
