Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma.
• 2 years banking experience with lending responsibilities.
• 1 year of training/mentorship or related experience.
• NMLS registration required if lending.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service to build relationships.
• Promote bank products and refer to other lines of business.
• Open and manage personal and business accounts with accuracy.
• Assist with loan applications and guidance on loan products.
• Process transactions with high accuracy and balance cash drawer.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and support newer staff in product knowledge and procedures.
• Support branch operations and security and asset protection.
