Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2 years banking experience with lending responsibilities required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and handle complex inquiries with professionalism.
• Serve as main contact for high-net-worth or business customers with tailored solutions.
• Cross-sell products and services to enhance customer portfolios and meet referrals.
• Open and manage personal and business accounts with regulatory compliance.
• Assist loan applications, screenings, and educate customers on loan terms.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and monitor for suspicious activity.
• Mentor junior staff on procedures, compliance, and customer service excellence.
• Support daily branch operations including opening/closing and security measures.
