Busey Bank seeks a Relationship Banker II to deliver superior service while expanding financial solutions for customers. This advanced role blends teller and personal banker duties to strengthen client relationships and provide comprehensive financial guidance.

You will handle complex transactions, assist with lending processes, and guide customers through online banking and product options, all while adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring accuracy.

Competenze

• High School diploma; 2 years banking experience with lending responsibilities required.
• 1 year of prior training and/or combination of mentorship, military or management experience.
• NMLS registration when lending is required; active registration upon employment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to accurately count money and handle time pressures.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service and relationship management to build lasting relationships.
• Identify and promote bank products and services; cross-sell to meet needs.
• Open and manage personal and business accounts with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Process loan applications; assist with loan processing and documentation.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure transactions are recorded accurately.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, privacy and security standards.
