Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math and accounting functions.
• Ability to count money, work under time pressure, stand for long periods, and lift 50 pounds.
• Requires prior banking and/or sales experience and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Compliance with SAFE Act registration if lending.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized service to build relationships.
• Identify needs and offer bank product solutions through cross-selling.
• Open and manage a variety of accounts and support maintenance tasks.
• Process transactions accurately and balance cash drawer at shift end.
• Assist customers with online and digital banking tools.
