Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and handle complex inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
• Serve as primary contact for high-net-worth individuals or business customers, offering tailored solutions.
• Identify needs and cross-sell banking products to grow customer portfolios and meet sales referrals.
• Open, manage, and maintain personal and business accounts with accurate setup and regulatory compliance.
• Process loan applications, educate customers on terms, and assist with the loan approval process.
• Support transactions, balance cash drawer, and ensure accurate recording and processing.
