Job summary

Santander Bank, N.A. (Webster Bank division) seeks a Banking Center professional to help achieve sales, service, and operations goals. The role may supervise in the Manager’s absence and requires building strong client relationships while coaching staff.

You will use lead management tools like Salesforce, target growth, ensure audits pass, and uphold compliance with bank policies. Travel to various Banking Centers within the region is required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience.
• 0–2 years supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of all products and services.
• Keeps current with all systems used for branch transaction processing.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to travel to Banking Centers within the region.

Responsibilities

• Assist Banking Center Manager with sales, service, P&L, operations, and staff development.
• Assume banking center in Manager's absence and ensure exceptional client experience.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual sales, service, and operations targets.
• Process routine banking transactions and open accounts.
• Build COIs by networking and prospecting to propagate the bank brand.
• Use lead management tools like Salesforce to document activities.
• Support segmentation strategy and bank initiatives for growth.
• Assist audits and maintain compliance with laws and policies.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to colleagues.
