Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with friendly, professional service.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and proactive outreach.
• Explain banking products and services to meet customer needs.
• Open and manage personal and business accounts with accuracy and compliance.
• Process loan applications and coordinate with loan officers.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure accurate transactions.
