You will open and manage accounts, assist with loan applications, cross-sell services, and support branch operations while mentoring teammates and ensuring compliance with policies. This role requires strong communication and lending knowledge.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma.
• 2 years of banking experience with lending responsibilities required.
• 1 year of training or mentorship, or related leadership experience.
• Active NMLS registration required under SAFE Act.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build lasting relationships with personalized service.
• Identify and promote bank products to meet client needs.
• Open and manage personal and business accounts with compliance.
• Process loan applications and assist with approvals.
• Handle transactions with accuracy and balance cash drawer.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor newer staff and support branch operations.
