You will mentor newer staff, support branch operations, and promote bank products while ensuring compliance and privacy. Requires high school diploma, banking experience, and NMLS if lending.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma.
• 2 years of banking experience with lending responsibilities.
• 1 year of training/mentorship or management experience.
• NMLS registration if lending is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to build lasting relationships.
• Provide guidance on financial products and services.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to other lines of business.
• Open and manage personal and business accounts with accuracy.
• Process and assist with loan applications and screenings.
• Support customers with online and mobile banking.
