You’ll work to deepen relationships, demonstrate Santander products, and drive cross‑sales while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong sales and service track record and comfort with fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience selling products/services in incentive-based environment.
• 2+ years in financial services with direct experience acquiring new client relationships.
• 12+ months Santander experience related to the essential functions and responsibilities.
• 12+ months customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Motivated to help people achieve financial goals.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage a portfolio of high-value consumer and small business clients.
• Proactively deepen relationships with new and existing customers through outreach.
• Be the expert on Santander products and services and articulate benefits.
• Assess customer needs and identify opportunities to help achieve financial goals.
• Collaborate with team members and partners to achieve branch goals.
• Engage customers through phones, in-branch, and digital channels.
