Banco Santander SA is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker in Broomall, PA to manage a portfolio of high value consumer and small business clients. You will drive cross-sales, deliver superior service, and collaborate with product partners to meet client needs in a dynamic branch environment.

The role requires strong sales and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer-centric solutions and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education preferred.
• 5+ years experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment required.
• 2+ years in financial services with direct experience acquiring new client relationships and developing existing client relationships required.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high value consumer and small business clients.
• Maximize cross-sales opportunities through effective client profiling and needs-based solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-branch, by phone, and with business partners.
