Qualifications

• Experience in client sales and service
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office)
• Able to multi-task under time constraints and work weekends
• SAFE compliant within 30 days and pass NMLS check

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service and expand client relationships
• Perform teller duties as needed and cross-train in retail banking tasks
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and support sales targets
• Adhere to policy, risk controls and training requirements
