You will provide financial solutions through consultative conversations and refer complex needs to specialists. The role may require occasional teller duties and travel to support staffing needs.

The position emphasizes meeting sales targets, exceptional communication, and adherence to controls and policies while delivering a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check which includes meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing an industry leading client service experience in person and on the phone.
• Provide financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals to other partners.
• Cross trained to perform required teller duties as needed.
• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets.
• Supports team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring complex needs.
• Participates in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls, policies, and risk management; stays informed of changes.
