Truist in Frederick, MD is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to deliver industry-leading client service and grow relationships with individuals and small businesses. You will provide financial solutions through consultative conversations and referrals, with occasional teller duties as needed.

Responsibilities include handling routine client maintenance, meeting sales targets, conducting consultative conversations, advising on loan options, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days incl. NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Willingness to work weekends/extended hours with possible travel.

Responsabilidades

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, convenience and other product and service lines.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service as well as individual and branch sales targets by offering products and services and developing, expanding and retaining relationships.
• Supports team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and acting upon or referring more complex client needs or financial goals to other internal specialists.
• Participates fully in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Commits to advancing individual knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge to better serve consumer and business clients by attending sales, service and product knowledge meetings and applicable training classes and web-based learning.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies. Stays informed of all changes in policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current guidelines.
• Leads sales initiatives within the branch and acts as an expert resource.
• Provides professional client service, ensuring a consistent experience by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation while conducting transactions and uncovering needs.
