Job summary

Truist in Virginia (USA) is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to deliver an industry-leading client service experience while developing new and existing client relationships. You will advise on consumer lending options, cross-sell banking products, and support branch sales goals through consultative conversations.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to travel for temporary staffing needs; some weekend/extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check and financial responsibility, character and criminal background standards.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional locale changes.
• Regular or Temporary as applicable; 1st shift hours; English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced client service with routine maintenance requests, problem resolution and sales across deposits, credit, and other product lines.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by offering products and expanding relationships.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer more complex needs to internal specialists for appropriate solutions.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and contribute to team goals.
• Engage clients with courteous, professional service and help uncover financial needs and opportunities.
