Truist in Waldorf, MD seeks a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client service and build a broad range of financial solutions. You will engage with clients in-branch and by phone, driving growth through consultative conversations and referrals to specialists.

Responsibilities include recommending deposit, credit, and retirement products, handling teller duties when needed, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Requires 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment including NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide industry leading client service in person and on the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships to meet needs.
• Cross train to perform teller duties when needed.
• Contribute to branch sales targets through consultative conversations.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
