Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• MORTGAGE Licensing Act SAFE compliance within 30 days and follow-up regulatory requirements.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and travel for staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours with possible travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and resolve routine client requests and sales activities for deposits and other products.
• Contribute to client service levels and sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Engage in branch leadership routines and team processes.
• Advance sales knowledge through meetings and training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Lead branch sales initiatives and act as an expert resource.
• Provide professional client service and uncover client needs during transactions.
