Truist Wealth in Falls Church, VA seeks a Senior Relationship Banker to deliver an industry‑leading client service experience and to develop and expand client relationships. You will provide financial solutions from consultative conversations and referrals, with cross‑training to assist teller duties.

The role supports branch sales targets, conducts consultative conversations, and refers complex needs to internal specialists while complying with risk policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment including NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Exercising advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance, problem resolution, and advanced sales functions.
• Contributing to meeting/exceeding client service and branch sales targets through product recommendations.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and assist in sales process.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Advance sales techniques and product knowledge to serve clients.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Lead branch sales initiatives and act as expert resource.
• Provide professional client service through courteous interactions and needs assessment.
