Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.

• Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications.
