U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers through in-person, appointment-based, and virtual channels, delivering guidance with a digital-first mindset.

The role emphasizes building trust, understanding both consumer and business needs, and educating clients on available deposit and loan products. The position requires opening accounts, processing basic transactions, and coordinating with branch teams to ensure an excellent client experience while staying compliant with NMLS

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications
• Educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services
• Collaborates with branch team members to best serve clients and optimize the client experience
• Provides a consistent, optimal client experience and processes basic transactions
• Leverages resources to support clients with operational excellence and accuracy
