Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration required under SAFE Act; background and credit check needed.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with clients through multiple channels.
• Assess banking needs and recommend deposit and loan solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options and ensure accurate processing.
