Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration is required under the S.A.F.E. Act and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Assess customer banking needs and recommend deposit and loan products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Proactively educate clients on digital banking products and self-service tools.
• Maintain knowledge of retail products, policies, and support systems.
