You will open new consumer and business accounts, process service requests, educate clients on digital tools and services, and collaborate with branch teams to provide an exceptional client experience. This role requires NMLS registration and adherence to banking policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience.
• Willingness to obtain NMLS registration as required.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
