Qualifications

• From the Basic Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail banking experience is typically < 4 years.
• Strong client relationship skills with proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engages clients across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommends tailored solutions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Promotes digital products and self-service tools to meet clients' needs.
