Job summary

Truist on Merritt Island seeks a banking professional to provide excellent client service in person and by phone while growing relationships and offering financial solutions. The role includes potential teller duties and cross-training to support branch sales and service goals.

You will participate in consultative conversations, refer more complex needs to specialists, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Weekend hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days and pass NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability; potential overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests and problem resolution.
• Support sales targets by developing and retaining client relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to controls, procedures and risk management.
• Provide consistent service, greet clients, and assist with teller transactions.
