Truist Bank is seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver industry-leading service in-branch and by phone. You will build and expand client relationships, provide financial solutions, and coordinate with specialists for complex needs. Some teller duties may be performed as needed.

The role emphasizes sales targets, compliance with policies, and participation in leadership routines. Weekend/extended hours with possible travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment and pass NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide an industry leading client service experience in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships and offer financial solutions.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for growth opportunities.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend sales, service and product knowledge trainings and meetings.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Engage clients with courteous dialogue during transactions and greeting.
