Job summary

Truist is seeking a client-focused professional for the Retail Banking team in Greensboro, NC. You will develop and expand client relationships by offering suitable financial solutions and referring complex needs to specialists.

Responsibilities include handling teller duties when needed, meeting sales targets, and delivering a high standard of service through consultative conversations with clients. You will comply with policies and participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance with Mortgage Licensing Act within 30 days, including background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with travel/overnights.

• Handle teller transactions and routine client inquiries.
• Engage in consultative conversations to grow client relationships.
