Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular team member in Greensboro to deliver premier client service and develop new and existing client relationships. You will provide financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals, and may be cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.

Responsibilities include handling routine client maintenance, contributing to sales targets, advising on lending options, and ensuring compliance with policies while delivering a positive

Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment including NMLS background checks
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing and locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel/overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced client maintenance, problem resolution and sales functions across deposits, credit and services
• Contribute to meeting client service and branch targets by growing relationships
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for solutions
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Attend training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies
• Engage clients with courteous service during transactions and greeting duties
