Truist in Greensboro, NC seeks a Regular full-time team member to provide timely client transactions, educate customers on digital banking, and support sales activities. You will deliver a distinctive client experience, while maintaining accurate records and following risk controls.

The role includes cross-training to support sales/ service, outbound outreach, and assisting with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities, with weekend/extended hours and possible travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience and engage clients with courteous conversation while performing transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and improve product knowledge to serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling workload based on branch demands.
