Job summary

Truist in Greensboro, NC seeks a customer service oriented professional to provide an industry leading client experience both in person and on the phone. You will develop and expand client relationships by offering financial solutions and referrals to partners, with opportunities to perform teller duties as needed.

Responsibilities include handling deposits and credit products, meeting service and sales targets, and guiding clients through banking options with a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment and pass NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations.
• Cross training to perform teller duties as needed.
• Assist in meeting branch sales targets through product recommendations.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and support team processes.
• Adhere to policies, controls, and risk management requirements.
• Greet clients and assist with navigation within the branch.
