Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required.
Two years of customer-facing and goal-oriented experience.
NMLS registration/licensing after employment; training provided.
Proficient with MS Office and social media for brand awareness.
Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership capabilities.
Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and training.

Responsibilities

Share and recommend the bank's full range of resources to customers, including in-branch, digital, and partner resources.
Meet sales and service goals via in-person and outbound activities with a needs-based approach.
Open/close accounts; assist with account research; ensure BSA/CIP compliance.
Facilitate consumer loan requests; know loan policies; coach staff on loan handling.
Refer clients to partner teams for small business, corporate, mortgage, and financial advice.
Maintain high client satisfaction and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Ensure all documents and activities comply with applicable laws and training requirements.
Process customer requests and transactions with a positive, professional manner and identify needs.
