Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing and goal-oriented experience.
• NMLS licensing must be registered after employment and obtained.

Responsibilities

• Build and retain client relationships by offering Simmons financial solutions.
• Meet or exceed individual and branch goals through in-person and outbound activity.
• Assist customers with account openings, research accounts, and comply with BSA/CIP requirements.
• Support consumer loan requests; know loan policies and procedures.
• Refer clients to specialist teams for business, mortgage, or advisor needs.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive service and compliant processes.
• Complete training on products, services, and needs-based conversations.
