Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma/GED.
• Two years customer-facing and goal-oriented experience.
• This position requires registration with the National Mor.

Aufgaben

• Share and recommend the banks full scope of resources with customers.
• Meet individual goals through in person and outbound calling activities.
• Open/close accounts and assist with account selection; ensure BSA/CIP compliance.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and coach staff to handle loans.
• Refer customers to partner teams for small business, corporate, mortgage and financial advisors.
• Maintain high client satisfaction with an optimal customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies and training.
• Process customer requests and transactions in a positive, accurate manner.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
