Responsibilities

• Meet goals through in-person and outbound calls to clients.
• Open and close accounts; assist with account selection and compliance.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and understand loan policies.
• Refer clients to partner teams for small business, mortgage, or financial advising.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and deliver an optimal experience.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and required training.
