Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing, goal-oriented experience.
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) is required after employment.

Responsibilities

• Build, expand, and retain client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Market Simmons solutions to existing customers and prospects via in-branch and outbound activities.
• Assist with account openings, research customer accounts, and ensure compliance with BSA/CIP.
• Refer customers to partners for small business, corporate, mortgage, and advisor services.
• Meet or exceed individual and branch goals; maintain high client satisfaction.
