Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build, expand, and retain client relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role involves recommending Simmons products, outbound calls, and in-person visits to meet branch goals and provide full-service banking solutions.

Responsibilities include opening and closing accounts, assisting with loan requests, and ensuring compliance with BSA/CIP.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED and one year customer-facing experience.
• NMLS registration requirement and/or obtain NMLS license after employment.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with social media for brand awareness and market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand client relationships, provide expert financial solutions guided by needs-based conversations.
• Open, close, and service accounts, following BSA/CIP procedures and policies.
• Solicit loan requests and maintain knowledge of consumer loan products and policies.
• Refer customers to partner teams for small business, mortgage, and advisory needs.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive service and accurate transactions.
