Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in California seeks a Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator to manage healthcare provider accounts and patient cases to advance access and reimbursement for Redemplo®.

The role collaborates with Sales, Market Access, HUB partners, and internal stakeholders to execute territory strategies while ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in pharma/biotech, 3+ years in reimbursement-related areas, and strong knowledge of payer processes and patient support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years in field reimbursement, patient access and reimbursement, or related areas.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex reimbursement and patient access challenges.
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy operations and patient support services.

Responsabilités

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education and pull-through activities.
• Educate providers, office staff, and matrix partners on reimbursement processes and pathways.
• Analyze complex reimbursement and access issues and develop strategies within policies and compliance.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners to support enrollment, benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and denied claims.
• Serve as the local reimbursement and access expert for Sales, Market Access, and leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans in partnership with stakeholders to optimize access and support.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers, offices, pharmacies, patient partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify reimbursement barriers and implement compliant solutions to improve patient access and customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records within company systems.
• Operate in compliance with policies, privacy, and regulations.
• Manage business travel and expenses within guidelines.
