Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling or counseling with two years of experience as a rehabilitation counselor or CRCC certification with two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise a program of rehabilitation services for eligible consumers.
• Provide guidance, supervision, and job placement assistance to counselors.
• Oversee casework, review and approve casework for staff, monitor caseloads and outcomes.
• Establish networks with providers, employers, and community resources.
• Manage administrative duties including documentation, caseload management, budgeting, and meetings.
• Participate in training and professional development activities.

Education

Master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling or counseling from an appropriately accredited institution
